Trend Trading
In these trading setups, we use either the dynamic trend indicator or trendlines to time the entries. Most of the cases, the trend shows what’s the bias in the market, and so in these setups we stick to trade with the trend. This is true as long as the rising prices aren’t being used for distribution, which VSA shows as Major Supply/Supply signals, and that’s the warning signal that a trend may be changing. There are 6 different scenarios, that we categorize as setups, that can be traded during a trend:
-
Supply/Demand + Background
-
Dynamic Trend
-
Trendline Trading
-
Supply/Demand near a Trendline
-
No-supply/No-demand near a Trendline
